I Forgot my Password

If you have forgotten your password, please use our reset password form here.

You will need:

  • Your username - You can find this in your email receipt you received when you joined the club
  • Access to the email address you used when you joined the club

If you have forgotten your username you will need to Contact Us and we will be glad to help out.

Booking Instructions

  1. Sign-in here
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Enter Password (Both are Case & Space sensitive). We do not see passwords, if you do not remember what it is, click on forgot password.
  4. You’ll be brought to a screen with courses listed on your left-hand side, dates on the top (7 days advance booking available or last-minute are available), numbers throughout the grid are how many available spots we have at each course for each day.
  5. If you purchased credits within your package, the system will ask you if you’d like to use one towards a round. Each credit is valued at $25 /each. Credits will be visible above your booking grid once you sign into your account. Once you use up all your credits, then you pay our discounted course rate with us as you go. The more credits you purchase within your package the less you pay for the membership, be mindful we’re unable to transfer or refund. Credits need to be used up within the season they were purchased for.
  6. Click on whichever spot you’d like and confirm it, if any payment is required the system will charge your credit card on file.
  7. If you’d like to book for other members, be sure to add the email address they have on file with us to your Friends List and their account will be charged accordingly.
  8. Call course for a tee-time. Some courses have added time restrictions, please be sure to book your tee-time around them. You can set tee-times with the course with other members and non-members of ours. Non-members will need to pay the course directly when they get there.
  9. Once at the course inform them that you are our member, they’ll check the system to ensure you booked with us and ask for photo-id (Driver’s License is Fine). You do not pay the course, we do on your behalf.

Cancel a Round

To cancel your reservations without penalty, please make the cancellation at least one day prior to your scheduled round of golf. For example, if your reservation is for Saturday and you need to cancel then you must do so before 7 a.m. Friday. Should you wish to cancel your member spot the day of due to inclement weather conditions please send an email to support@tri-citygolfclub.ca so your account can be adjusted accordingly. This must be done prior to checking in at the course or no refund will be issued.

Important! Weather Cancellations

Weather cancellations will only be granted if you email us before your scheduled tee time. Once the round has been started, refunds will only be given if the course is closed for the rest of the day. Delays due to lightning do not qualify for a refund if play resumes. This policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions. Please be diligent if the weather is questionable.

The best way to determine if starting the round is worth the risk is by referring to live radar data that can be found on the Environment Canada website: https://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/on-82_metric_e.html

Our policy is in place so that reservations are not cancelled at the last minute, unnecessarily using up spots that could be used by other members.
